We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors or inaccuracies at any time without prior notice, even after an order has been submitted.
  • Stock Availability: All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction on a case-by-case basis.

  • Payment Methods: We accept secure online payments via our integrated third-party payment gateways, PayFast and Yoco.
  • Data Protection: By checking out, you acknowledge that your financial details are securely transmitted directly to PayFast or Yoco. We do not store your credit card or sensitive banking data on our servers.
5. Shipping and Delivery
  • Delivery Area: We deliver to physical addresses within the borders of South Africa. We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.
  • Timeframes: Estimated delivery timelines are provided as guidelines only. Outdoor DIY (Pty) Ltd is not liable for delayed deliveries caused by third-party courier operations, extreme weather, public holidays, or unforeseen infrastructure constraints.
  • Risk and Ownership: Risk of loss and damage to the products passes to you upon delivery of the goods to your specified shipping address.
6. Returns, Refunds, and Consumer Rights
Our returns policy aligns with the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA):
  • Cooling-Off Period: In terms of Section 44 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECTA), you are entitled to cancel an online transaction for goods within seven (7) days of receiving them, without penalty, provided the goods remain unused and in their original packaging. You will be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
  • Defective Goods: If a product is defective, damaged, or does not match the description provided, please contact us immediately. Defective goods will be repaired, replaced, or refunded in accordance with your statutory CPA rights.

In addition to other prohibitions set forth in the Terms, you are prohibited from using the site or its content:

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Outdoor DIY (Pty) Ltd from any claim or demand made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms.

These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
