Shipping Policy

We do not operate from a store location and thus do not offer in store pickup. Our orders are shipped through safe and reliable couriers to any registered address in South Africa.

Shipping charges:

  1. For orders under R1500 a charge of R150 will be added during checkout.
  2. For orders of R1500 and over, FREE shipping will apply.
  3. Certain larger items (example: replacement bumpers, rooftop tents etc.) will incur a shipping charge that will be allocated during checkout, these will vary depending on the physical size and weight of the item.

Orders may take 1 - 2 business days to process. Standard shipping normally takes 1 - 3 business days to be delivered, deliveries to outlying areas may take an additional 1 - 2 business days to be delivered. If delays are encountered, we will contact the buyer on the provided contact information. If an item is out of stock before your order is processed, a refund will be offered via the same method as which payment was received. Tracking numbers for online orders are sent to the customer via mail once available, for manual orders tracking information is available on request.

Outdoor DIY (PTY) Ltd will only ship to confirmed addresses. Please ensure that someone will be available at the delivery address to receive your order during working hours (business addresses are recommended), if delivery is not successful, your package may be returned to your local dealer and a re-delivery charge may be applicable.

We currently do not offer delivery to other countries, if you would like to place an order to ship to another country, contact us directly via WhatsApp or email, the shipping arrangements and charges will be for the customers account.
